Arbor Day Proclamation at Dubuque City Council Meeting

Council meetings are held on the second floor of the Historic Federal Building at 350 West 6th Street. The meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. and are broadcast live on CityChannel Dubuque, Dubuque’s local government access channel (117.2 and 8 on the Mediacom cable system). Meetings are also streamed live and archived on the City's website.
